More random pictures.

Seems like the only photos I have of us three are taken first thing in the morning. Not so flattering.

This is Leah's new favorite toy! A super SWEET airplane. She is now getting VERY excited to fly! Whew!
THANKS GRETCHEN!!!!!!!!!

Our current challenge........ keeping her indoors while naked. You gotta love the hip visor!

I just want to squeeze her so hard!!!!!

Same Same

Ok, It's really hard to explain how sweet and cute it is to put your two girls in matching PJ's after a nice bath. Just So Super Sweet!!!!!!

Electric car show!

Salt Lake had it's frst annual electric car show this past weekend. We only found out because Dave was playing with one of the bands at the show. The Carver family came down for a visit as well as Grandma and Grandpa Howes. Leah and Kate both had a wonderful time and we ended up staying way later than expected. It was a perfect overcast day and Leah had a great time dancing to all the different music. We did not test drive any of the cars but continue to discuss the idea of an electric car for our family. Who knows!?

The comparison

Kate and Leah at 5 months.

Kate at 5 Months

Kate continues to be a super sweet, snuggly, and mellow little cutie pants! The solid food is going great and she is bulking up a bit. She is rolling all around and sitting up on her own for very short periods of time. It takes less to make her laugh now which is so fun. I hope to post a video soon! Like Leah, Kate LOVES her Dad and will seek him out if she can hear him. Daddy's girls.

Snuggle sandwich

I am the only one concerned with getting more sleep. Not going to happen!

Hobby Horse

One of Leah's favorite toys right now is the hobby horse borrowed form Aunt Carrie. And of course Woody must ride with her.

Piano

We are VERY excited to have a piano at our house. It took a bit to figure out where we were going to put it. We decided that right in the front room is where it would get the most use and be a big part of our family. Thanks so much to Mary and Joel for passing it along. We are so lucky!!!!!

Trike

Like walking, Leah has taken her time learning to ride a trike. It really shows her perfectionist personality. She never really wants to try anything until she is fairly sure she can do it. Dave has been pushing her with this sprinkler pipe for months and a few weeks ago she was finally ready to allow him to let go. Then....crash.
