More George
I told Leah it was my birthday today and she immediately went for this book. Her favorite story starts on page 49. You can hear her saying 49 over and over while she is looking for the birthday story(not the same story but still cute).

Dinosaur Park
Leah and I had a great time at the Dinosaur Park in Ogden this week. She was in heaven! This morning when I told her we were going to the grocery store she said " One, grocery store. Two, dinosaur Park. Okay mom." I always tell her the order of our day (First we are going to work, second to the sign shop, third home to have lunch. Okay Leah.) Now she has started telling me!
Leah does LOVE dinosaurs. Without them and her Curious George books, I am not sure what she would do all day! A few months ago Grandma Mary gave Leah a big box of dinosaurs, many of them with the names on the bottom. She now knows them by name and says most of them quite well including triceratops, pteranodon, iguanodon, brachiosaurus, brontosaurus, allosaurus, elasmosaurus, velociraptor, spinosaurus, tyranosaurus, stegosaurus, diplodocus, dimetrodon, apatosaurus, ankylosaurus, pachycephalosaurus(almost), and I am sure there are a few I am forgetting. Not sure how she remembers them all, sometimes I even have to check to make sure she has them right. And of course some of them are simply called "Made in China". One last note on this, Leah calls her poop "cocosaurus"(coco is poop in Portuguese).

A BIG SISTER!!!!!
YES! Leah is going to be a big sister next spring, sometime around April 11, 2012. She loves to put her ear to my belly and listen to the baby. Her response is always "bubbles!", hope she is not disappointed when the baby comes out not blowing bubbles! Or maybe it will, who knows. We are very happy and excited (and of course scared shitless)!

After swimming.
Chloe and Leah crash the zoo.
Leah and Chloe are having a grand time together this week. They are so sweet with each other, feeding each other and sharing toys and drinks, melts your heart! Leah has also learned a bit from Chloe, like dinosaurs like to sleep in the kitchen cupboard, its fun to put potatoes in the clean laundry basket, and you can climb on ANYTHING! They are both so very different but get along so well. Lets hope it continues! More photos to come but here are some from a trip to the zoo.
