Babies

Helping.

Leah is helping me make a new rug for the kitchen. By helping I mean occupying herself with parts of the new rug while I work. This really is quite helpful.

Indoor slide?

When all the outdoor slides are covered in snow, Leah makes her own inside!

Wow, I can walk!

Leah figured out what we all knew, she can walk!

Slide

We had a nice visit with Carrie and Kameron this weekend. And I was finally able to get a video of Leah going down the slide. She usually goes down so fast and I am by myself at the park with her. Plus if you don't catch her many times she will fly right off. This kid has no fear of slides, frontwards, backwards, or sitting up. It's a short video, just picture this times 30 and that is one visit to the park.

New room!

Leah got a new room a couple weeks ago complete with bookshelves! We needed them SOOOO bad as I have a huge addiction to used children's books and Leah is a book nut. She also got a new crib, one of those fancy things that lets her use it until she is finished with college or something. Anyway, we love the new set up, so much space to play!

Dinosaur baby.

This morning Leah and I were playing "babies". We would wrap them in blankets and rock them to sleep. She quickly put her new mothering skills to work on her dinosaur.

No, you did it!

This video has a bit of Leah's two favorite games right now, "up/down" and "You did it".

Dinosaur kisses.

Many kids her age would be scared of this thing, not Leah. Any dinosaur has her love, no matter how scary.
