Whew!

We are experiencing a break from teething pain, it's HEAVEN! 12 straight hours of sleep at night and 1-2 hour naps. Lets hope it lasts for longer than a week this time!

A Few first steps.

Happy Valentines Day!

Leah took her first steps today all in the name of LOVE! Not love of Dave or I but her love of BOOKS. Yes, we bribed her to walk for books. Hey, at least we weren't coxing her with candy or cookies. We did get video but it's sideways and shabby. Hope to do better tomorrow.

She fell asleep!

It finally happened! Leah got so tired she fell asleep playing.

This is how it all went down. We spent the afternoon outside, played at the park, visited all the animals, and Leah walked and walked pushing her cart. When we finally came in she went to her bedroom and pulled all of her PJ's out of the drawer. After about 15 min of trying to get them ALL on at the same time, it got really quiet. Then, she was face down and out like a light. I never thought this day would come!

Swim Lessons

Leah started Swimming lessons today. I guess there always has to be one kid in the class that SCREAMS.

Costco sells these delicious frozen sweet potato fries. Leah can't get enough of them. If we have them with dinner, we can't show them to her until after she is finished eating or she will eat nothing else! This video is taken after a full meal, she still eats them like she is starving, one after another!

14 months!

It's difficult to get Leah to stay still long enough for a picture and even more difficult to get her to look at the camera. Plus not many smiles that don't look painful right now. More teething! Eight so far #9 on the way. Leah of the hood.

Dinosaurs.

This is Leah's favorite new position! On a lap with three dinosaurs. Now, these dinosaurs all need to be facing her and in the correct position or she lets you know. And in case you haven't heard, dinosaurs are the new hip thing in Leah's world. Cccccrrrrrrraaarrrr.

Grandma's Lake

This lake is right in the neighborhood. It has a great walking path around it and ducks and geese to feed! Fun!

Snoqualmie Falls

It was cold and wet! Leah was a great sport about bundling up though. She loves waterfalls, we discovered this in Arizona of all places.
